Translating health guidance into approachable, Gen Z-friendly micro-content

The Problem
How can a social media influencer connect with their followers through a proprietary mobile app?
After rapid growth, a social media influencer with over 500,000 followers struggled to keep up with fan engagement. We explored creating a mobile application to organize her content and efficiently engage with fans.

Process
1. Interviewed potential users to further understand needs and pain points.
• Young people feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice online and want credible guidance that feels approachable.
• Short-form content with a casual tone resonates more than overly clinical messaging.
• Trust is built when information is both evidence-based and framed in a way that feels friendly, not preachy.
2. Created an Information Architecture based on the user needs and technical specifications.

3. Created wireframes to brainstorm potential page layouts.
